Central Chester County YMCA Project
Our work included construction estimating services for the Central Chester County YMCA project in New York. We have also worked on benefits analysis of various design options and provided material takeoff at each stage of design.
Our construction estimating includes gymnasium work to be estimated and quantified for EXCEL sheets for contractors assigned to this project. The construction of fitness facilities for the whole project of fitness center involving gymnasium, 25-yard 8 lane pool, and steam room. The whole project included wellness center, aerobic cycling rooms, locker room, and community room. The site-work, excavation, and exterior improvements were takeoff and quantified for construction estimation purposes. The insulation work necessary for the fire safety of the wellness facility was maintained in order to increase the well-being of the facility.
