Renovations to apartments located on a busy, occupied health care campus included the following:

The Multi-family and mixed-use portfolio of the project made it more complex due to facilities and renovations work carried out to provide onsite ease to the inhabitants. The structural, sitework and MEP systems estimated with our trade specialized estimators. The seasoned estimators took the responsibility of meeting up with the standards of the American Association of cost engineers (AACE).

Many of our renovations and remodeling projects involve huge scale and multi-portfolio of projects involving healthcare and residential apartments. The 22810 square foot of area comprises 248 apartments comprised of 1, 2 & 3 bedrooms. The Mechanical HVAC work involving the condensing and evaporating units and complex auxiliaries to takeoff from the plans with expertise. The structural framing of wood plastic composites with lumber estimating for framers was provided to procure material for wood framing.

The steel erectors and ironwork to be estimated were quickly and experientially done in the least turnaround time and sooner we provided all the relevant cost consultancy with detailed line items proposal for budgeting and procurement purposes. Visit our profile on The Blue Book.
